The MDA considers the results of the PDR and the PM’s assessment, and determine whether remedial action is necessary to achieve the Acquisition Program Baseline (APB) objectives. The results of the MDA’s Post-PDR Assessment is documented in an Acquisition Decision Memo (ADM).
