Disposal Site problems Disposal is the end of a useful life, a system is demilitarized and disposed of in accordance with all legal regulatory requirements and policy relating to safety (including explosives safety), security and the environment. During this process, the Program Mangers (PMs) document hazardous materials contained in the system Programmatic Environment, Safety, and Occupational Health Evaluation (PESHE) (see Section 6 in Enclosure 12 - DoD 5000.02)
